THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Eastchester is the hippest new neighborhood in town. Sage Equities developed the first new market-rate residential option in the City’s central core in decades (17th Place Townhomes) and the city’s first local craft coffeehouse (Cafe Smitten). Inspired by these anchors, demand grew for more diverse unit types, and to fill this demand, we next developed The Cue Eastchester Flats. We’re working on two new communities too: 918 and Cléo.

We are thrilled to see new businesses popping up in the surrounding area. These include a gourmet food shop, a wine bar, downtown’s first microbrewery, a bakery, a barbeque restaurant, an interior design firm, a film studio, an event space and an art gallery. We’ve loved getting to know our new neighbors — and we know you’ll love them too.
